3. Licensing and Access

3.1 The App is available for free download from the Google Play Store.
3.2 Full access to App content requires a paid subscription for one of the following durations:

  • 3-months access
  • 12-months access

3.3 Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

4.1 DVSA Materials

  • The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has given permission for the reproduction of Crown copyright material.
  • DVSA does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction.
  • This product includes the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) revision question bank.

4.2 Hazard Perception Video Clips and Theory Test Questions

  • Provided by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA)
  • Used with appropriate licensing and permissions
  • Copyright remains with the DVSA


4.3 Instructional Videos

  • Created by Learn to Drive Pro LTD
  • Copyright © Learn to Drive Pro LTD
  • Users are strictly prohibited from:
    • Copying the videos
    • Reproducing the videos
    • Distributing the videos
    • Using the videos outside of the App without explicit written permission

4.4 All content within the App is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Users must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Protect their account credentials
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Users are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to bypass subscription mechanisms
